CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must be canceled within 48 hours before scheduled appointment time. If customer fails to cancel before the 48 hour time frame they will be required to pay a deposit of half the previously booked service before the rescheduled appointment can be booked. If a client fails to reach out to the salon within the 48 hour time frame and does not attend their scheduled appointment, they will be required to pay half of their missed service to compensate the professional.

Hi, I’m Heather, owner and stylist at Volume Beauty Lounge! 🤍 I’m a Masters of Balayage Certified stylist and Trust & Mane Extension educator specializing in dimensional blondes, balayage, extensions, and customized color. My goal is for every client to leave my chair feeling confident, beautiful, and completely in love with their hair. I love creating everything from soft, natural transformations to major color makeovers and I’m always up for a challenge! When I’m not behind the chair or running the salon, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband and kids, enjoying family vacations and trips to the lake or gardening! I can’t wait to have you in my chair! ✨
Madison Taylor
Madison loves all things hair and beauty. She specializes in all color services, extensions & bridal hair. She loves meeting new people and building a personalized connection with her clients to make their time in her chair relaxing and fun. Outside of the salon Madison loves spending quality time with family and close friends, snuggling with her fur baby River, reading a good book or spending time near along the South Carolina coast.
